Shipping Policy: We deliver our Products nationwide in South Africa and charge a R350 – R450 shipping fee, depending on the weight or size of the products. Delivery can take from 3-6 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You are responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information. If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, additional charges may apply.

Refund and Returns Policy: We accept returns and issue refunds in the following situations:

• The item is damaged upon arrival

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the damaged item to assess the extent of the damage. If the item is eligible for a return or refund, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we may require you to return the damaged item before issuing a refund.

If the item does not fit the space where you want to install it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

Installation: Please note that installation costs are not included in the item price and the customer is responsible for arranging the installation. We recommend that you hire a professional to install your Concept Wheels product. Concept Wheels is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from improper installation.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using our website after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated or modified terms and conditions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
